Welcome to my portfolio site. I am a graphic designer with over 10 years of experience in digital and print design.

I have a considerable amount of expertise in digital and social media graphics, photo manipulation, brand gatekeeping and refreshing, email design and layout, art direction, prop sourcing, styling, layout design, video editing and animation, event design, print and digital advertising.

Vitamix

July 2022 – Present

I joined Vitamix in July of 2022 as their Senior Digital Designer. My role touches all Vitamix branded digital media content including Vitamix.com, email sends, Vitamix social media channels and paid advertising. I lead the planning and execution of quarterly recipe photo shoots. This includes coming up with style ideas, shotlists, moodboards and art directing day-of.

My role leans heavily into creating paid digital assets for Vitamix social media channels to help support numerous monthly promotions. I am the lead designer involved in conceptualizing, styling, and producing video content seen on both the Vitamix Instagram and Tik Tok channel.

I closely collaborate with our email marketing manager to design and develop captivating weekly email layouts. Together, we showcase the latest Vitamix recipes, site promotions and other engaging content to our database of over 900,000 subscribers.

 

Sherwin Williams

March 2020 – May 2022

As Digital Designer, I was responsible for concepting and designing a wide variety of digital assets for social media channels including Instagram (Instagram Stories & Reels), Pinterest (Pinterest Idea Pins), Facebook, and Twitter. File formats produced include GIFs, movie, animation and static imagery. I collaborated with copywriters and other internal team members to develop and optimize content, looking for opportunities to elevate the brand and create higher levels of engagement with customers.

I served as the primary stylist for all internal photoshoots. I was responsible for creating production schedules, storyboarding, sourcing props, coming up with cost effective solutions, and providing art direction day-of to ensure company standards.

 

Hinkley

March 2018 – March 2020

I was hired on by Hinkley, a luxury lighting company, with the title of Graphic Designer. My primary role was to take on full responsibility of their biannual product catalogs and print advertising. Catalogs were distributed to interior designers, influencers and over 1,000 showrooms across the country. These truly were start to finish pieces — I was involved in every step of the catalog design and print process which included numerous press checks and working closely with print vendors. Advertisements were designed for a number of trade and national publications including ELLE Decor, Furniture Lighting & Decor and Veranda.

It was at Hinkley that I first started to gain interest into social media and digital design. I single handedly took on the responsibility of growing the company’s Pinterest account, increasing their followers by 51% over a one year period. I collaborated closely with the Marketing Communications Manager to create digital ads for home and lifestyle magazine, Domino, as well as assist in choosing user generated imagery for the Hinkley Instagram account. Together with an in-house developer, I designed and helped produce a number of Hinkley emails showcasing newly released products and promotions.
